Clinical Lead for Atrial Fibrillation project

Sharron has over 2 decades of experience working for the NHS, as a senior manager and a specialist clinical pharmacist, in a variety of roles. Locally and internationally.

She is passionate about improving care in anticoagulation and bringing care closer to patients and works continually to improve this. She believes that community pharmacists represent an under utilised resource to support patients and carers. Personal key achievements have been, becoming and independant precriber so that she can holistically care for her patients. Promoting the role of the pharmacist nationally, presenting at the House of Comons and receiving an award for innovation from the charity Lifeblood.

Member of the Medical Board for Anticoagulation Europe.
