Richard joined the Centre for Implementation Science in 2015 after a year as a Visitor at the Business School of the University of Southampton.
Previously he was a researcher at the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute (IMIM), Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB), Barcelona. He obtained a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Talca (Chile) and an MSc in Process and Systems Engineering Research from the University of Valladolid (Spain) and is currently a PhD student at the University of Barcelona (Spain), funded by the Chilean government.
Richard's work focuses on the application of Operational Research modelling in healthcare.
