As we head into the World Health Organisations decade of Healthy Ageing (2020-2030) and the frailty aspects of the Long-term plan (2019) begin to be realised, the focus of frailty and Healthy Ageing has never been greater.
At the Wessex AHSN Healthy Ageing programme, we are passionate in enabling Wessex to be frailty fit. Our conference on the 12th March 2020 will bring together national and local frailty experts sharing their best practice and innovations to help ensure that individuals living with frailty have the best clinical outcomes. The event will bring together healthcare, social care and the voluntary care sector and will provide an opportunity to network and learn more about the Wessex frailty agenda.
