This summary paper reviews the evaluations of eight social prescribing services in Wessex and looks at their impacts. The findings show evidence of improvements in peoples’ ability to manage their own health & wellbeing, of positive impacts for staff and of a measurable impact on key system metrics such as A&E attendances and Emergency Admissions.
