The 2017 slideshow describes what Normalisation Process Theory [NPT] is and how it can be used to evaluate new care models. NPT principles and assumptions are introduced: sense-making, cognitive engagement, collective participation and reflexive monitoring. How NPT has been used/is being used to evaluate the Integrated Care Teams in Farnham and the Enhanced Recovery at Home Team is also discussed.
