The 2018 poster presentation refers to previous research to outline a prospective mixed method study underpinned by the Normalisation Process Theory [NPT] conceptual framework to provide insights into how GP practice staff make sense of eConsults; how they engage with their implementation; how they collectively enact the work required to implement them; and the extent to which they feel they can change how they work with eConsults.
