Caroline Norris

Wessex PSC Administrator

Caroline joined the Patient Safety Collaborative in April 2018 after 12 years’ experience in health insurance where she had responsibilities for a large portfolio of corporate and individual customers. She also undertook staff coaching, occupational rehabilitation and implemented small and large-scale change within the company. In addition, she has experience in website management including search engine optimisation and improving sales within a large online retailer.

Caroline’s role at the PSC is as Admin Lead where she is primarily responsible for supporting the Programme Leads with a variety of tasks including events management, the monthly newsletter, the team metrics, diary management and personal assistant duties along with general office admin.

Outside of work she is a busy mum to two school age children and enjoys long walks with her lively miniature schnauzer puppy Mabel. Caroline has a passion for psychology and criminology which she plans to pursue further in the future; she also has a great interest in healthcare and is fascinated by the workings of the human body.
