Dr Robert Hull

Research and Innovation Associate

After working for a biotech start up, Robert gained a PhD in respiratory microbiology at the University of Southampton and became a Research Fellow at the National Biofilm Innovation Centre (NBIC). As an NBIC Research Fellow, Robert worked with companies ranging from Multinationals to SMEs and start-ups to secure funding and develop solutions for their biofilm related challenges. In 2019 Robert joined both the Wessex AHSN and CRN Wessex as a Research and Innovation Associate across the two organisations. In this capacity Robert facilitates the development and uptake of new medical technologies and devices.
