James Lynch

Patient Safety Support Assistant

James works as our Patient Safety Support Assistant, providing both administration and communications support across our Patient Safety programmes.

After having graduated with a BA degree in History from the University of Southampton in 2019, James initially worked in finance administration before switching to the NHS where he worked in administration for Neurosciences in Southampton University Hospital. This involved specialist admin support for consultants and other allied health professionals, enabling a wider understanding of various issues surrounding patient safety and the needs in improving patients quality of life.

He joined Wessex AHSN in October 2021.
