Innovation Adoption Programme Manager

Katya Craddock joined Wessex AHSN in May 2022 as an Innovation Adoption Programme Manager. Katya has over 10 years’ experience of working with management at all levels and project activities in various business sectors such as consumer goods, banking, engineering and pharmaceutical.

In her most recent role with Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Katya was responsible for implementation of the medical programme within Region Europe for newly established gene therapy area with a focus on ensuring central management and coordination of the developed risk management programme. As a result, a number of hospitals were onboarded across Europe, including the UK giving access to treatment to the patients with inherited retinal disease. Katya had an opportunity to work on the implementation of new strategies of business continuity during the pandemic bringing to the business, virtual reality surgery simulation equipment, to continue smooth implementation of the risk management programme.

Prior to this, Katya had experience with other companies such as Old Mutual Wealth, Arqiva, Associated British Ports on various national led transformation programmes in IT infrastructure and network areas.
