Adam Wells

Programme Manager – Innovation Adoption

After completing a degree in physiotherapy, Adam began working on the contracting and procurement of health and social care services. Following this he worked for Southampton’s Integrated Commissioning Unit, gaining a broad range of experience and an interest in the development and commissioning of services that support individuals to live as independently as possible.

More recently he has worked on strategic programmes to use improved housing design and adaptations, care technology and the delivery of appropriate care and support to enable individuals to stay living in their own homes for longer.

Outside of work Adam enjoys music, painting and cycling.
