Michael Goodeve

Associate Director - Communications

Michael has worked in public sector communications for over fifteen years, in a variety of local, regional and national health, local government and rail industry roles.

His experience includes crisis communications, reputation management, complex media issues, the 2012 Olympic Torch Relay events in Portsmouth, Royal and V.V.I.P visits, publications, branding, digital and social media, engagement, and specialist communications campaigns for national healthcare change projects.

Michael has been in communications leadership roles for over ten years, holds a first degree in communications from Bournemouth University, and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) postgraduate diploma (distinction). Michael is a full Member of the CIPR.

At the AHSN, Michael leads the communications, marketing and engagement team, which works across all of the AHSN's programmes of work - from Healthy Ageing to Covid Oximetry at Home to working with innovators.
