A safety culture in healthcare is one where staff have a positive experience of psychological safety, teamwork and leadership, and feel comfortable discussing when things don’t go as planned.
We are offering an opportunity to explore the principles of a safety culture and how they may be applied to your practice.
After successful delivery of Human Factors and Promoting Positive Practice events*, we have combined key sessions into a series of one day workshops, continuing our support to develop a positive safety culture.
The workshops are interactive and will use examples of clinical practice relevant to specific areas of practice.
They are suitable for all grades and professions who work in health and social care.
Each workshop will be delivered by the WPSC Team and a regional speaker who will be presenting on one of the following: Tribalism, favourable event reporting, Schwartz rounds, humanising healthcare and patient centred care.
