Programme Brief

Health Innovation Networks aim to support innovation into the NHS by working with innovators and other NHS bodies such as the Clinical Research Network (CRN) and the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). The support we offer is tailored to support the needs of the people we work with in the context of the local healthcare system demands and requirements. 

For us to understand as much as possible about you, your innovation and what support you need, please complete the company engagement form available below in resources and e-mail it to enquiries@hiwessex.net.

This is a standard form used across all AHSNs in the country so if you have worked with another Health Innovation Network/AHSN before then please send that form to us. If you are filling out a new one then make sure you retain a copy for your records so you will only need to do this once.

Before filling out the form, please note:

• Data from this form will be used to inform whether and how we can work with you
  
  
• Your information will be shared within Health Innovation Wessex and may be shared with other NHS organisations including the NIHR and the CRN
  
  
• We may contact innovators we work with at various stages throughout our work for anonymous feedback on how we are supporting you
  
  
• Do not disclose any unprotected intellectual property through this form
  
  
• We will not share your information with other innovators or companies
