Senior Programme Manager - Insight

NHS Band 8b
Salary: £54,764 to £63,862 a year
Fixed-term contract: 24 months, full-time
Closing date: Monday 6 December 2021

The Insight programme comprises several Wessex-based programmes and national evaluation programmes. It includes evaluations of new models of care, innovative digital technologies, workforce changes and national spread and adoption initiatives. The work is varied and innovative in response to the Insight needs of our clients.

As a senior member of the Insight team, the senior programme manager will co-ordinate delivery of the programme of work, and provide senior programme management support to a large portfolio of work. They will scope work requests with clients, put in place collaborative arrangements to deliver each programme or project and manage the end-to-end process from specifying a new piece of work to dissemination of findings. They will provide advice and guidance to innovators who are seeking to undertake an evaluation.
